New Year 2024!
Best wishes for a happy, healthy, and prosperous 2024!
We want to thank you for your readership and support in 2023. In the past year, we published over 100 Apple and Amazon reports, were quoted extensively in financial and tech media, and engaged with clients from Wall Street to Main Street.
Our Amazon reports included coverage of Prime membership levels and member demographics, Subscribe & Save customers, free vs. paid delivery and how long those deliveries take, customer experience with returning products to Amazon, and how the Echo market is progressing.
For Apple we reported on the prevalence of Android owners switching to iPhones and why they make the change, how long iPhone owners keep their phones and what they do with them when they get a new one, the Apple ecosystem and the demographics of its participants, and the sub-ecosystem of iPhone owners and their AirPods and Apple Watches.
We were quoted in The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Bloomberg, and many other outlets, about iPhone market share and retail channels, the popularity of different iPhone models, and the HomePod market. Amazon coverage included the competition from Walmart+, the importance of groceries, the prospects for selling cars, user interface efforts encouraging repeat purchases, and the demise of the Amazon Smile charity program.
Finally, and most importantly, we engaged with a number of new and existing clients, helping them understand the markets and companies we cover, providing data to support their investment theses, business decisions, and in some cases, litigation.
Please let us know how we can help you in 2024.
We hope you will continue to read our Substack reports and recommend them to your friends and colleagues. Free subscribers receive an email and can read each week’s new report at Substack. Paid subscribers receive the report via email and can also read the entire archive of reports at Substack.
Again, thank you for being part of the CIRP community.
